We’re on the lookout for a Full Stack Developer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience who can work across both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling unfamiliar tasks, learning new technologies as needed, and properly documenting their work.

Day in the Life of a Full Stack Developer at GT Ecom

  • Plan & Communicate: Review tasks, check emails, and attend meetings.
  • Develop Backend: Build APIs, optimize databases, and write unit tests.
  • Build Frontend: Create UI components, ensure responsiveness, and integrate APIs.
  • Debug & Review: Fix issues, optimize performance, and review code.
  • Document & Deploy: Write documentation and prepare code for deployment.


Important Numbers for this Role

  • Deliver at least 2-4 production-ready features per month, ensuring high code quality and meeting project deadlines.
  • Maintain 90%+ unit test coverage on new backend and frontend components to ensure software reliability.
  • Resolve at least 80% of assigned tickets within sprint cycles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Complete documentation for at least 90% of developed features, making it easier for future developers to maintain and expand the codebase.
  • Achieve a 95%+ successful deployment rate, ensuring minimal rollback or post-release bug fixes.

  • You’ll be working closely with our CTO and the development team. Your focus will be on flexibility and problem-solving across different technology stacks, along with the ability to work independently and maintain good documentation practices.

We would love to hear from you if you have…

  • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Python, or Java) and one frontend framework (React or Angular).
  • Ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Experience with proper documentation practices.

  4. Initial Interview: During this stage, we’ll focus on:
    1. Assessing your skills and experience to ensure they match the job requirements.
    2. Determining if you're a good cultural fit for our team and company values.
  5. Final Interview: You will meet with our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for a deeper technical interview. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise and discuss technical challenges you’ve encountered in your career.
  6. Offer Discussion: If you impress throughout the process, we’ll extend an offer and discuss the details. If you accept, we will guide you through our pre-onboarding process to prepare you for your new role.
  7. Pre-Onboarding Process:
    1. Background Check: We verify your identification and declared address for security purposes.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll reach out to your three references to gather valuable insights and feedback about your performance and character.
  8. Onboarding: After all checks are completed and cleared, we’ll finalize the process by initiating your official onboarding journey.
