We are looking for Front office executive with 1 & above Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
· Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
· Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
· Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Handling enquiries and sorting mail.
· Copying, scanning and filing documents.
· Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
· Bachelors/Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
· 1+ years of front desk experience in IT Industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
· Should have problem solving skills.
· Knowledge on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
