Job description

As a Field Service Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d) you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians.

You develope, improve and motivate the organization to deliver best service customers would expect, making it the best place to work and targeting growth, efficiency and margin.

Your Responsabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians and provide ongoing coaching and guidance
  • Drive business results by effectively managing customer relationships in the Northern Europe region
  • Structure the countries and areas to become best in class in regard to customers satisfaction, employees engagement, growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify opportunities for process and implement improvements
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with the HSE policies and procedures and the alpitronic Quality Management System


Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similiar
  • Strong leadership skills and proven track record of developing teams
  • At least 4 years of experience of leading a team of Field Service Technicians
  • Solid experience in managing customer relationships
  • Well organized, structured work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English an additional languague (e.g. Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Dutch is an advantage)
