Responsibilities
Existing Business Account Management
Continue to build trust-based relationship with customers.
Shape annual JBP’s in line with priorities.
Manage and develop assigned accounts to ensure annual budgeted volume, revenue and profit.
Plan and manage Duracell trade support budget.
Accountable for customer Omnichannel strategy and its execution in all channels, not only limited to physical branch sales but also including eCommerce, marketing and other channels.
Operational management of assigned accounts at any account related topic with the mindset of 100% accountability.
Operational & Supply Chain Administration
Manage customers with targeted forecast accuracy without creating any surprises internally and externally.
Plan annual volume by sku detail and update monthly and share updated status & results.
Work with Product Supply team to ensure account’s order/shipping/delivery processes are on track as planned.
Include assigned account in planning process with mutually agreed target setting and follow up with aligned KPI’s.
Business Development
Grow existing customer base by identifying new incremental opportunities in existing and new verticals.
Grow expertise in relative accounts, learn from colleagues and implement innovative and beneficial business development ideas.
Work arm in arm with marketing not only to create 360% JBP but also to create new ideas for incremental growth.
Implement, execute ideas with customers and, as crucial as this, analyze results to continue and develop win-win cases for long term sustainable growth.
Business Intelligence
Regular business updates on existing business, new opportunities, channel trends, customer future plans and competitor information.
Conduct sales and marketing presentations at appropriate levels to existing and prospective accounts.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree (BA or BS minimum); MBA is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Active driver’s license (class B).
Experience in FMCG is a plus.
Experience in non-food retailers is a plus.
