Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is looking for Registered Nurses (Tele) per diem to work in a hospital setting located in Van Nuys, CA. For this position we are looking for nurses with at least 1 year of professional experience.
Pay-Rate
$53/hr for the first 8 hours + $79.50/hr for the last 4 hours
=$742 per shift
Shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Job Duties
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Tele unit.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures as needed.
Monitor patient responses to treatment and medications, documenting all patient interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify individual patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding post-hospital care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ensure the efficient operation of the unit by prioritizing patient care and managing resources effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) experience
