We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Engineer to work directly with our clients, design monitoring solutions, and lead cross-departmental projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynatrace and the ability to mentor team members while working with enterprise-level systems.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to gather requirements and understand monitoring systems and business needs
Design and document solutions to report and integrate with enterprise systems
Scope and estimate effort involved in Dynatrace solution delivery
Deliver Splunk solutions including installation, configuration, and data onboarding
Build integrations using Python scripts and REST APIs
Lead cross-departmental and client projects from conception to completion
Drive resolution of monitoring-identified issues
Communicate with key stakeholders on infrastructure and deployment details
Provide mentorship for Dynatrace architecture designs and solution reviews
Qualifications
3+ years experience in an Enterprise-level Dynatrace environment
Demonstrated experience in building Dynatrace Solutions
Expert knowledge in working with large data sets
Advanced knowledge of Enterprise level system integration
Experience with web servers and database platforms
Strong technical documentation skills
Experience with code repositories (GIT/Bitbucket)
Cloud technology certifications preferred
Experience With SIEM Tools Preferred
Python scripting proficiency preferred
