This role is open for candidates based in Latin America and offers a flexible work environment to work remotely. The office is located in Ottawa, Ontario (west end).

As an Intermediate Bookkeeper you’ll be one of the core pillars of our team working directly with other team members to provide high-quality services to our clients. Your duties will include various daily tasks related to financial record-keeping and accounting.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using cloud-based accounting software and applications
Organizing and tabulating client information from receipts
Conduct monthly reconciliation of the clients banking and credit card accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Verify transactions are accurate and resolve discrepancies
