Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
CrossVue is seeking Financials Consultants to guide our clients through the transformation, implementation and operation phases of Workday Financials implementations.
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite
Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Financials applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration
Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing Legacy system to new system
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations
Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or accounting
2+ years of hands-on functional financials experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems
Experience implementing Workday Financials (or similar system), Supply Chain, FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and/or Accounting Center preferred
Certification in Workday Financials preferred
Proficiency with business processes including; general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
