POSITION

We are looking for a Working student (all genders) for approx. 20 hrs. per week as support in the area of Local Accounting.

CHALLENGE

Review and accounting of incoming invoices
Ensuring internal processing times for the release of invoices as a sparring partner for the cost center managers
Quality assurance of accounts payable, in particular maintaining and checking open item lists and due date checks
Review and posting of travel expense reports
Supporting the local accounting team in administrative activities

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Student of business administration, finance/accounting or a comparable field of study
Analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Reliability, organizational skills and service orientation
Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
Preferably first experiences with SAP FI R3 or SAP 4/HANA
German language (C1), English language is a plus
