Job Title: Change Management Consultant – GEN AI Adoption (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Long-term contract
Client: Microsoft Partner

Role Overview: We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with experience in GEN AI adoption to support a Microsoft Partner on a long-term contract. This fully remote role focuses on driving successful adoption of AI and M365 technologies by designing and executing change programs that engage stakeholders and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change programs to support the adoption of GEN AI and M365 technologies.
Build and manage Champion Networks to drive engagement and end-user advocacy.
Apply Prosci methodologies and best practices to ensure a structured change approach.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and tailor change strategies.
Provide training, workshops, and communications plans to support successful implementation.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Change Management.
Prosci Certified (or equivalent Change Management certification).
Proven experience in building and executing change programs.
Strong ability to engage stakeholders and drive technology adoption.
Experience with M365 change and adoption programs (bonus).
Exposure to GEN AI adoption strategies (bonus).
