Role Overview: We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with experience in GEN AI adoption to support a Microsoft Partner on a long-term contract. This fully remote role focuses on driving successful adoption of AI and M365 technologies by designing and executing change programs that engage stakeholders and foster a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change programs to support the adoption of GEN AI and M365 technologies.
Build and manage Champion Networks to drive engagement and end-user advocacy.
Apply Prosci methodologies and best practices to ensure a structured change approach.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and tailor change strategies.
Provide training, workshops, and communications plans to support successful implementation.
