The ROLE

We are seeking a bi-lingual Japanese-speaking professional to join our team in Japan as a Presales Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects. This role involves solution design and educating customers on Syniti’s value propositions, including data migration best practices leveraging Syniti’s software solutions and methodologies.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with customers to define data migration solutions, aligning strategies with Syniti's offerings and customer business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on cutover strategies, data migration planning, and data transformation processes during pre-sales engagements.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape proposals, and support deal progression.
  • Develop solution frameworks that integrate Syniti's tools within customer migration strategies, ensuring technical and business alignment.
  • Create and present compelling demonstrations and value propositions for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to document solution designs and ensure smooth project execution post-sales.

What It Takes

  • 10+ years consulting experience
  • Experience in either a Data Migration Lead role, or Project Management role inside an SAP Transformation Project
  • Functional SAP delivery Experience (e.g. SAP MM Consultant)
  • Experience in sales lifecycle processes, including costing & pricing
  • Experience using financial drivers to develop ROI based customer proposals
  • Experience in software sales, competitive analysis and value-based selling
  • Bachelor degree
  • Japanese native speaker
