The Bigger picture:

Our Life Sciences division partners with Global Pharmas & Biotechs to scale the Patient Voice across the entire oncology value chain. We empower clients from clinical development to routine care, leveraging tech & data to improve research and health outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Support Sales to build relevant proposals (external) and ensure proposal feasibility (internal) working with relevant teams (Product, Medical, Legal, QARA, Ops, Marketing, etc.)

  • Develop and grow offers for Sales to gain autonomy over time

Your daily responsibilities & routine:
  • Pre-Sales Support:

    • Engage with Sales teams to design and tailor solutions for pharmaceutical clients, understanding their specific needs within the Life Sciences sector.

    • Analyze customer requirements and work with internal teams (Medical, Legal, QARA, Product, Marketing) to ensure accurate, high-quality proposals.

    • Design accurate solutions, ensuring they align with both customer objectives and internal feasibility assessment.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, managing communication with key functional teams from the pharmaceutical industry (Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Data Science, Safety, etc.)

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions post-sale.

  • Market and Industry Insight:

    • Stay up-to-date with trends and regulations in the Life Sciences industry to offer the most relevant solutions.

    • Develop knowledge of client-specific needs, including regulatory requirements, product development, clinical trials, and pipeline strategies.

  • Proposal Development and Presentation:

    • Lead the development of detailed technical proposals, including product specifications, implementation plans, and timelines.

    • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the solution.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Work to continuously refine and improve solution offerings, collaborating with internal teams to integrate feedback and ensure optimal solutions for clients.

2️⃣ What you'll bring
⚙️ You'll definitely have:
  • 3+ years experience within the Life Sciences tech industry (CRO, eCOA provider, Tech startup, etc.) in a pre-sales or product management role

  • Experience in creating accurate solutions for Life Sciences clients.

  • Are able to manage the pre-sales cycle within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Are able to grasp technical concepts and lead data analytics efforts.

  • Are able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Are able to present technical solutions clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.

  • Are proactive, a real go getter and doer

  • Are obsessed with understanding details and how things work.

  • Are fluent in both English and French

➕It would be good if you had:
  • Familiarity with regulations governing pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries.

  • Proficiency in CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking proposals and opportunities.
