We are looking for an intern to join our Assessment team in a remote position located anywhere in the US! Candidates should be available for 12 months in a full-time capacity and ready to start Spring 2025.
As an intern at DDI, you will be exposed to a wide range of projects in both traditional I/O areas and emerging technologies. We are committed to developing our interns and offer a rich preview of the life of an I/O practitioner. Our internships offer substantive experience. We promise challenging and meaningful projects for you to contribute to and learn from, as you will have opportunities to stretch your skills and enrich your knowledge base.
You will have a unique opportunity to work within two distinct, yet related areas on the Assessment team. Whereas one area focuses on designing and validating more traditional I/O assessments, the other area researches and applies innovative methodologies (e.g., machine learning models) for application in measurement-based products and services. More detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
