About the Role: We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Design SME to lead our design strategy, create groundbreaking user interfaces, and drive innovation in AI-powered platforms. You will transform complex technological solutions into intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UX design process for VosynVerse and emerging platforms
Create comprehensive user research, personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
Drive strategic design vision aligned with business objectives
Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
Mentor design teams and foster a culture of innovation
Design interfaces for cutting-edge technologies including AV/VR and smart platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user-centric solutions

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
8+ years of advanced UX design experience
Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Proven track record leading complex design projects
Strong user research and testing methodologies
Exceptional interface design and visualization skills
Demonstrated leadership in design team management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AI-driven platform design
Background in emerging technology interfaces
Published design research or thought leadership
Advanced certifications in UX design
International design project experience
