Position Summary:

 

CAQH is a national alliance of health plans and providers dedicated to simplifying healthcare business processes through data and technology-driven solutions. By partnering closely with health plan members, CAQH is transforming the exchange of information across the healthcare industry, driving greater efficiency in transactions. As a market leader in provider data management and patient coverage solutions, CAQH is now looking to expand its impact and reach.

 

The Analyst, Strategy & Partnerships will play a key role in shaping CAQH's future by leveraging market insights, data analysis, and strategic frameworks to identify growth opportunities and inform key business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, early-career professional who is eager to take on complex challenges, build influential networks, and drive meaningful change within a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization.

 

The ideal candidate will be a strong critical thinker, skilled at combining data-driven insights with business strategy. This individual will have experience evaluating and executing business strategies and new opportunities, collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive results. A background in corporate strategy, innovation, corporate development, or consulting is highly desirable.

 

This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Partnerships of CAQH.

 

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 annually.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Advisory: Works cross-functionally to define business goals and develop data-driven strategies. Provides actionable insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making, business optimization, and the pursuit of new opportunities. Guides the team through execution risks and challenges.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Engages with teams across CAQH to collaboratively identify and evaluate new opportunities for innovation and growth. Develops recommendations for leadership, considering market potential, dynamics, and risks.
  • Strategic Analysis and Research: Translates business questions into analytical hypotheses, data requirements, and reporting needs. Manages qualitative and quantitative research, using best-in-class frameworks for primary and secondary studies. Monitors market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive forces. Synthesizes research, performance, and market data to develop actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Vendor Management: Builds and maintains a portfolio of vendors to support strategic research needs.
  • Partner Evaluation: Identifies, evaluates, and builds relationships with potential strategic partners, conducting thorough due diligence to assess partner fit.
  • Project Management: Manages strategy projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepares clear, actionable reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Experience:

  • 2 or more years in corporate strategy, innovation, corporate development, consulting roles, or related work 

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
