The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a global, nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., working to improve environmental sustainability, human health, and resilience in the built environment through its programs and rating systems including LEED. USGBC education and event staff create and deliver best-in-class green building education that supports learners of all ages in support of USGBC’s vision of creating sustainable communities for all.
USGBC is seeking an Education Intern to join the Education & Events (E&E) team to help them research, curate, and create educational products and resources related to green building and sustainability.
This is a paid internship for 32-40 hours a week and will last approximately 10-12 weeks. The internship can be located remotely, but preference is for the intern to work 2-3 days per week at the Washington, D.C. office of USGBC.
