Senior Webflow Developer - talent pool

 This is a fully remote position.
 Looking for people in Europe due to time-zone alignment.
 Native or Professional English is a must. All company communication is in English. We’ve got many different nationalities represented in our agency.
  4+ years of Web development (Webflow) experience. (it’s a bonus if you already worked in an agency environment)
 We’re interested in autonomous and proactive individuals who aren’t afraid to make mistakes, learn along the way, and grow with the agency.

Job description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled, proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Senior Web Developer (Webflow) who is excited about building creative, scalable, and user-friendly websites using no-code solutions.

As a Senior Web Developer, you will blend with BB Agency’s culture and values. As part of our remote team, you will join Marino (Head of Development) and Giannis (Web Development Team Lead), along with other talented Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and UX Researchers passionate about solving our clients' creative and functional problems. You will be a key player in building beautiful, high-performance websites using Webflow, Framer.io, and other no-code platforms, ensuring that they are dynamic, responsive, and aligned with our clients' vision.

• Webflow Expertise: You will build and maintain websites using Webflow, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices like the Finsweet Client-First approach.
• No-Code Tools: Leverage platforms like Framer.io, Builder.io, Squarespace, and others to create custom, visually engaging websites without traditional code.
• Motion and Animation: Implement motion design and interactive animations, ensuring smooth and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers and project managers to translate creative concepts into fully functional websites.
• Component Reusability: Build reusable components and templates within Webflow to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure all websites are responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.
• Internal Processes: Contribute to refining our web development workflows and share new ideas to improve the agency’s no-code capabilities.

Preferred experience

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is organized, communicative, and passionate about web development using no-code tools. Preferably, you have at least 4+ years of experience working with no-code platforms like Webflow in an agency, tech company, or as a freelancer on commercial projects.

• Webflow Expertise: Strong experience with Webflow, including the ability to work with complex interactions and responsive layouts, following best practices such as the Finsweet Client-First approach.
• Performance Optimization: Familiarity with optimizing Webflow websites for performance, including page speed improvements and best practices for media and asset management.
• Motion and Animation: Knowledge of implementing custom animations and transitions to create interactive and engaging user experiences.
• CMS Management: Familiarity with Webflow CMS and how to structure content dynamically for scalable website solutions.
• UI/UX Best Practices: A strong sense and attention to detail, ensuring the websites are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Client Collaboration: Experience in communicating technical concepts and design requirements effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus:
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and light coding for extending Webflow functionalities.
  • Experience building multilingual websites within Webflow or other no-code platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in Webflow.
• Systemic and Organized: You understand the importance of clean, well-structured Webflow projects and adhere to version control best practices.
• Accountability: A sense of ownership and responsibility for your work. You can independently solve problems and deliver solutions on time.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in English, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
