We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for French speaking student in their final year in bachelor’s or a recent graduate to gain understanding of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market and assist in expanding our outreach to C&I solar companies across various countries.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Intern, you will work closely with the senior team to support market research and outreach initiatives. Your key tasks will include:
- Conducting market research on the C&I solar sector in assigned countries.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential C&I solar companies in South Africa and Francophone Africa.
- Assisting in outreach efforts, including coordinating meetings and maintaining communication records.
- Occasionally visiting C&I solar company offices for networking and research purposes.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, or recently graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with the team.
