Summary/Objective
The Market & Solutions Strategy team is at the heart of our business, responsible for driving market awareness, demand for, and adoption of isolved solutions through compelling competitive differentiation, pricing, and packaging in a rapidly growing domestic market for HCM technology. isolved Solution Marketers & Strategists seamlessly blend creative and technical abilities with strong commercial acumen to influence the entire company's success.
As part of this team, you will report directly to the Director of Market Intelligence & Pricing. You will support the company's pricing and packaging strategies. In this role, you will engage with our sales, finance, product, and customer success organizations to promote the isolved value strategy. Success will be measured by positively impacting revenue results, EBITDA performance, competitive marketplace success, and customer satisfaction
Core Job Duties
- Drive the organization in refining our pricing, packaging and promotion strategies for improved revenue attainment and EBITDA performance.
- Play a key role in pricing governance, process, and audit operations.
- Be an evangelist for the isolved value strategy by empowering commercial teams with clarity on solution ROI, business cases and market perspective.
- Support the pricing strategy for a commercial launch of isolved innovation offerings and marketplace partner offerings.
- Work with the Competitive Strategy team to maintain competitive resources & perspective on the pricing and packaging of alternative offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with our Finance, Revenue, Product Management, Solutions Marketing and Sales Operations teams to improve our product lifecycle management processes.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to identify pricing and margin opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales leadership to drive promotion and packaging strategies that increase client acquisition and conversion.
- Work with Relationship Management leadership to support client renewal and price increase operations and processes.
- Collaborate with the Market Intelligence Reporting & Analysis team to provide dashboards on product attachment, discounting, and sales & pricing trends.

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of direct experience, with 5+ years of management experience.

Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation of the department.
Discretion
Erroneous decisions will result in critical delay(s) in schedules and/or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience in product marketing, product management, finance, professional services or revenue management roles or combination thereof.
- Motivated leader with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Comprehensive understanding of macro-economic variables such as interest rates, job reports, inflation, credit, risk and federal/state government financial policy.
- Solid understanding of subscription-based B2B cloud computing software.
- Broad experience of implementing varied pricing strategies such as value-based, quantity, competitive, cost-plus, prestige bundle, loss-leader, and dynamic in red ocean markets.
- Experience in supporting customer renewal and retention strategies and churn reduction tactics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to develop cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships and results.
- Strong written & verbal communication and experience in building persuasive visual presentations.
- Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

Travel Required
Yes, up to 20% domestic travel may be required.
