Product Designer

Location: Poland (Remote)

What You’ll Do At ZEN

Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, creating user personas and scenarios.
Design intuitive, aesthetically refined, and highly functional UX/UI solutions.
Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring designs from concept to reality.
Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
Leverage data-driven insights to make informed design decisions and solve challenges creatively.
Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie or a related tool.
Strong understanding of technology, including the capabilities and limitations of web and mobile platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
Fluency in Polish and English.
Experience in fintech or banking - will be a plus.
