The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing the financial and operational efficiency of our organization. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance and Operations Lead to take ownership of key financial tasks, streamline processes, and support our growing finance team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise, process improvement skills, and MSP industry knowledge to make a tangible impact on our day-to-day operations and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Bookkeeping Tasks: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage Contract and Billing: Accurately enter contracts and manage billing processes.
  • Generate Invoices: Generate timely and accurate invoices based on technician tickets.
  • Assist with Financial Reporting: Support the finance team with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Experience in an MSP environment is preferred.
  • Experience with ConnectWise and Xero is preferred.
