About the Role:

As a Digital Client Strategy Strategist at EyeCarePro, you will be at the forefront of crafting and optimizing digital strategies to help our eyecare clients reach their business objectives. Youll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth strategy execution and help foster lasting client relationships that result in measurable outcomes. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for making a difference in the eyecare field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored, data-driven digital strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and help our eyecare clients achieve long-term success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships to ensure their needs are met and delivering proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including SEO, content, design, and development to ensure seamless execution of strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze client performance data (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.), and continuously optimize strategies based on insights, trends, and client feedback.
  • Project Management: Manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client success.
  • Innovation & Strategy Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, suggesting new initiatives and strategies that drive ongoing success and expand client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Client Strategy Development: Experience designing and optimizing digital strategies that align with client business goals, particularly in the digital marketing space.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems, using data to refine strategies and optimize client performance.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with a focus on the healthcare or medical field a plus.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to pivot strategies as client needs evolve and tackle challenges with creative, data-driven solutions.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or professional services.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, developing digital strategies, and utilizing performance data for optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools for performance analysis, including Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare or eyecare industry is a plus.

Specific Requirements:

  • All work is remote, you can work from wherever you want.
