It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our AI strategy, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that have a tangible impact. You Will:
✨ Architect and implement production-grade AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
👩‍🏫 Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on
📗 Design scalable and maintainable AI infrastructure
🔄 Build robust APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
📊 Work closely with product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions

You Have:

🌱Excelled in software engineering and have made significant contributions on AI/LLM technologies

👷 Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development practices
🚀 Experience architecting and implementing production AI systems
💡 Strong background in API development (Python/Django/Flask experience is a plus)
🛠️ Proven track record of driving technical initiatives in complex environments
🤖 Practical experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
🎯 History of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
