Job description

A law firm in Encinitas, CA, seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in real estate litigation. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling complex real estate disputes and an existing book of business valued at $400,000+.

Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of real estate litigation (case assessment, pleadings, discovery, trial, settlement, appeal).
Develop litigation strategies and negotiate dispute resolutions.
Provide legal counsel on real estate laws and transactions.
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate litigation.
Generate business leads and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree & active California State Bar membership.
At least 5 years of real estate litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, writing, and research skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
Located within Orange County or downtown San Diego (not North County San Diego or LA).
