This is a remote position.

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Project Manager.

Compensation:
COP 9M - 10.5M/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia residents).

  • TPG is seeking a Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of Services. In this role, you will lead client projects to ensure successful outcomes. You will interact with senior-level clients, manage multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project delivery, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and execution.
  • Build strong client relationships, assess their needs, and develop engagement plans.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of marketing and customer operations projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project-related communications and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and implement best practices for marketing, sales, and customer operations.
  • Oversee strategic workshops and provide recommendations to enhance client performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to lead strategy sessions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
  • Experience with web scraping.
  • Familiarity with setting up monitoring/alerting systems.
  • Experience working with AWS.
  • Experience with fintech APIs.
Soft Skills:
  • Project Management – ability to manage timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Mentorship – ability to guide and support junior developers.

Requirements
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
  • Experience in project management (Agile & Waterfall methodologies).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations and multichannel marketing.
  • Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation systems: Marketo (Adobe), Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (others are a plus).
  • Technical expertise in CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Budget and resource management.
