TPG is seeking a Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of Services. In this role, you will lead client projects to ensure successful outcomes. You will interact with senior-level clients, manage multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project delivery, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and execution.
Build strong client relationships, assess their needs, and develop engagement plans.
Ensure the successful implementation of marketing and customer operations projects.
Serve as the primary contact for project-related communications and stakeholder management.
Develop and implement best practices for marketing, sales, and customer operations.
Oversee strategic workshops and provide recommendations to enhance client performance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting strategies as needed.

Technical expertise in CRM and marketing platforms.
