As a Senior AI Product Manager, you’ll join as a foundational member of our team, working closely with our Head of Product to shape Gladia’s strategy and define the future of Voice AI features. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you’ll directly impact the company’s OKRs and product roadmap.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for all Voice AI features – from strategy to delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to define and execute on key OKRs.
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features to deliver impactful solutions.
Own product strategy and translate it into clear requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Partner with our Head of Product on voice-first innovation, scaling our API’s capabilities.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including in our New York office, and travel regularly to align on strategy and execution.
Technical background (engineering degree OR dev xp preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and AI products.
Proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered products or infrastructure.
Experience in product strategy and OKR ownership, with a founder mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus point: Experience working on real-time AI or audio-related projects.
