As a result of continued high growth we are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key commercial role within our Finance Team. The individual must have previous experience of working within a professional services firm, dealing with numerous stakeholders in a high change, fast paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the senior leaders of BFY, adding strategic value through insights and ensuring the smooth operating of the finance function.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, adaptability and flexibility will be key. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, maintaining and improving robust procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
