Job Title: Business and Financial Analyst
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


The Business and Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes, streamline reporting, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, insights, and financial opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined dashboards and reports for key stakeholders using Business Intelligence tools like Metabase.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine business strategies based on data and financial findings.
  • Create financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Optimize workflows and data management using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational and financial improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase) for building efficient dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
  • Background in Business Consulting, financial modeling, and creating impactful presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant/hospitality or sports industries (preferred).
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.


Nice to Haves:

  • Passion for soccer and food.
  • Experience with multi-unit operations.
