Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Design
  • Develop creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing websites, PPC landing pages, and branding elements with a mobile-first approach.
  • Design engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and trade show displays.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, web design, and marketing teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and site navigation to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Source and integrate high-quality images and visual elements to elevate digital and print materials.
Brand & Marketing Execution
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, color theory, and design systems across all platforms.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform design decisions.
  • Independently manage time and workload to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Present creative concepts and refine briefs based on client and stakeholder feedback.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Stay updated on emerging design technologies, industry best practices, and AI-driven tools.
  • Explore innovative design techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design and marketing strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress (Figma experience is a plus).
  • A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Passion for user-centered design and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in the Optical or Aesthetics industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work EST hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST).
