IVA’AL is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional Program Manager. The PM shall be responsible for ensuring high quality and accurate work is performed by all personnel on this contract. The PM shall serve as the subject matter expert responsible for organizing, directing, managing, and overseeing the planning and execution of all task. The PM shall ensure that the schedule, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met. The PM shall also provide support by exhibiting and providing subject matter knowledge to support the strategic implementation, editing, and reviewing research and analytical reports to ensure they adhere to government standards, style guides, and publication requirements. The PM shall be the single point of contact for the contracting officer and contracting officer’s representative (COR) and primary interface with the Program Manager.
Technical Skills: Proficiency using all Microsoft Office 365 applications including: Teams Conferencing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and printer/scanner.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday typically between 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Program Manager is Required to have:
· 7 or more years of experience in data analysis or research related to the study of populations, migration, or domestic immigration
· 7 or more years conducting statistical analysis, research, and report writing in academia or the government.
· The PM shall have a master's degree in a field related to mathematics, economics, demography, statistics, quantitative studies, or relevant social sciences.
· Strong leadership and analytical skills with the proven ability to coordinate and execute projects, tasks, and goals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interface with all internal and external customers.
