We are assisting our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Product Manager to lead the development and management of the company's products. Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of financial products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
• Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
• Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of payment processing systems, financial analytics, and related technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
