About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales process and building lasting client relationships. Working closely with the Sales Managers who generate leads and schedule meetings, you will take ownership of client interactions from the first meeting to closing deals. Your ability to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver results will be at the core of our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution.
  • Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handovers and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Optional Prospecting: While high-quality leads and scheduled meetings will be provided by the sales team, we strongly encourage you to actively generate and convert clients on your own. Your ability to creatively identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals independently will be a key factor in your success and growth in this role. Taking initiative to expand our client base beyond the provided leads is highly valued and rewarded.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, client-facing roles, or sales, preferably in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar industries. While prior experience in business development or sales is preferred, we also welcome candidates who demonstrate a solid grasp of tools and processes, combined with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, exceptional communication, and the ability to establish trust and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, confident, and results-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
