Senior Salesforce Developer

Description

• Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions and applications that optimize the value that clients may derive from their Salesforce systems.
• Contribute to process and functional design activities. Create functional requirements as input to technical application design.
• Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Plan and execute data conversion activities such as test data.
• Implement test planning and execution.
• Support application build, test, and deploy activities for data integration, application configuration, and reporting configuration of software integration
• Participate in SFDC Integration activities with other Products.  
• Design, code, test, and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives.  
• Train and mentor junior resources for SFDC and conduct training sessions for team members.  
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment  
• Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs 
•  Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.  
• Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX  
• Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules  
• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation 
•  Work on the design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.  
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Ability to interact with internal customers to translate requirements into a technical solution.

• Experience in SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
• Experience defining business requirements and use cases
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementation
• Proficiency in sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ and Billing. Expertise preferred in experience cloud/communities and FSL.
