Job Title: Sales Technical Auditor
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a Sales Technical Auditor to ensure the accuracy and compliance of repair plan forms completed by sales technicians. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and high-quality standards within our sales processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling discrepancies with sales technicians while maintaining a professional and solution-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing & Documentation:

  • Review and audit repair plan forms submitted by sales technicians to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify inconsistencies or missing information and communicate directly with technicians to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all audited forms and provide feedback or corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure that all repair plans meet company standards and adhere to operational guidelines.


Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to enhance process efficiency and maintain adherence to company protocols.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in documentation errors and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of documentation and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform audits independently, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally when resolving discrepancies with technicians.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Suite, and Slack for team collaboration.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in auditing, quality control, or sales operations.
  • Background in plumbing, home services, construction, or trade-related industries.
  • Familiarity with repair plans, technical documentation, or compliance standards.
