Position Overview:

We are seeking a Podcast Producer & Growth Manager to launch and manage a B2B tech podcast, focusing on AI, productivity, and the future of work. This role blends content production with audience growth strategies to position the company as a thought leader in the AI and productivity space.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and passionate about AI innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, content, and marketing, helping to shape the conversation around AI and workplace automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Podcast Production & Editing:

• Oversee end-to-end podcast production, featuring conversations with tech leaders, AI experts, and productivity specialists.
• Edit and enhance audio recordings to create engaging, high-quality content.
• Write compelling show notes, highlighting key insights about AI, productivity, and workplace automation.
• Coordinate with high-profile guests from the tech and AI industry using the company's AI scheduling assistant.
• Research guests and prepare briefs and questions for the podcast host.
• Identify and suggest potential new guests for future episodes.

Content Creation & Promotion:

• Develop targeted social media content for tech and startup audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Create blog posts and newsletters covering AI innovation, productivity tips, and workplace automation.
• Produce short, shareable clips from podcast episodes to engage audiences.
• Design engaging social media assets to drive podcast visibility.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics, optimizing content for a B2B audience of professionals and executives.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in podcast production, tech content marketing, or media production.
• Strong proficiency in audio editing software and content creation tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tech concepts into engaging content.
• Experience in growing B2B audiences within the technology sector.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or productivity tool marketing.
• Experience creating content for technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation software.
• Background in technology journalism or tech industry content creation.
