Job Description

As the US Sales Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to uncover potential corporate clients and project opportunities in the local market.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to establish initial contact with prospective clients and build relationships.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of leads and prospects, tracking outreach efforts and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop targeted outreach strategies and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between the Sales Manager and potential clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, report preparation, and sales metric tracking to support the sales team’s success.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Potentially keep an eye on competitor activities to inform strategy.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • United States certified.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly in the extended stay market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local market and corporate sales opportunities is advantageous.
