Boundless Education is transforming current systems of education. Our educational concept empowers all students to explore their natural creativity, discover their true passions, and shape their own future. We apply the renowned Finnish Curriculum integrated with best pedagogical practices from around the world to create a personalised, multi-age, skills-driven and strength-based system that is supportively led by teachers as mentors.
We are looking for an Education Facilitator to join our Pathfinders program (students aged 6-7 and 8-9) in any of the following locations:
Tuscany, Italy
Sintra, Portugal
Bali, Indonesia
Kotor, Montenegro

Education Facilitators are partners in education, working together to provide the best educational experience possible for each child. The Education Facilitator’s role is to assist the classroom teacher and allow more effective utilisation of the teacher's abilities and professional knowledge. Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:

Accountability for learning:
Inspire students to achieve maximum learning by employing various teaching techniques, methods and principles of learning to enable students to succeed academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally.
Develop engaging and meaningful activities after collaborating and consulting with educational professionals and community service providers (i.e., social services, public health, medical providers etc.) regarding the needs of students, which will ensure that there is an outstanding student experience and learning environment in the classroom, every day.
Lead small group instruction and collect required data to determine a child’s progress in the classroom so they can meet the objectives in their individual education plan (IEP)..
Foster a culture of learning and acceptance by acting as an advocate for children with academic, social emotional or behavioural concerns, and models appropriate social skills to the peers in the general education classroom.
Instructional design and practices:
Support staff are welcome to dedicate some hours a week to lead, plan and teach particular workshops or sessions in their areas of expertise and passion
Direct small group or individual instruction as instructed by the educator and works cooperatively by sharing ideas and concerns
Implement solutions for each student and situation by carrying out programs that can be taught individually or in groups that allows for the student to achieve maximum independence. Implements behaviour management activities that promote a safe learning environment for all.
Mobilise and develop resources to support instructional activities planned by the educator that will assist in the educational and social development of students
Replace any educators if they are sick or unable to attend
Will support educators during Nature Time, Arts Science, Cooking and Cultural Immersion Time
Help clean up facilities throughout the day
Help/lead Lunch/snack duty, Nap duty and playground time
Opportunities for personal growth
Framework for experiential leadership, teaching and learning
Freedom to be creative and innovative in your practice
A well resourced learning centre with budgets to enhance
Meals during the day
🫶About you
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Education field
Willingness to gain knowledge in preventing, intervening and managing a crisis, keeping safety in mind for all.
Willingness to gain knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching of students with disabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers
Special needs expertise is a great plus
Ability to effectively analyse needs and problems objectively.
Ability to promote practical ethical behaviour and maintain confidentiality of information about students in learning environment and community
Show initiative and apply quick thinking
Ability to problem-solve in ambiguous environments
Be adaptable: Boundless Life is growing quickly, so we’re looking for team members who can adapt to changing landscapes
