Job description

About Us

Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally are using Hawk’s powerful combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve the effectiveness of their AML compliance and fraud prevention by identifying more crime while maximizing efficiency by reducing false positives. With our solution, we are playing a vital role in the global fight against Money Laundering, Fraud, or the financing of terrorism. We offer a culture of mutual trust, support and passion – while providing individuals with opportunities to grow professionally and make a difference in the world.

As a Partner Manager at Hawk, your mission is to establish and strengthen strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and value. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with Hawk’s business objectives, and delivering measurable success through joint initiatives. By acting as the primary liaison, you will facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals and drive innovation.

Your Mission

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and achieve long-term success. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding partner needs and identifying opportunities to align them with Hawk’s objectives.

  • Identify and initiate joint initiatives with partners that create mutual value. Work to integrate partner capabilities into Hawk’s offerings and develop co-marketing or co-selling opportunities.

  • Lead partner-driven projects to successful outcomes by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and analyzing performance metrics. Ensure all partnerships contribute to Hawk’s business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Translate complex concepts into actionable insights and deliver clear, concise messaging to both internal teams and external partners. Facilitate regular updates and reviews to maintain transparency and alignment.

  • Collaborate across internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align efforts, streamline processes, and ensure partners receive a seamless experience. Resolve cross-functional challenges to optimize collaboration.

  • Proactively research industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential partners and new areas for collaboration. Present data-driven recommendations to leadership for expanding Hawk’s partner ecosystem.

  • Advocate for innovative partnership models that drive growth and differentiate Hawk in the marketplace. Pilot new approaches and continuously refine strategies based on outcomes and feedback.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant expertise and accomplishments will also be considered. A master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus but not required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role. This includes experience building and managing high-value partnerships that drive business growth and customer success.

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results through strategic partnerships in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Demonstrated success in exceeding goals, managing multiple stakeholders, and navigating complex business relationships.

  • Experience working within SaaS, FinTech, or technology solutions sectors is highly preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities is a significant advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess partnership performance metrics, interpret data, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant software to manage partner relationships effectively. Demonstrated comfort with data-driven decision-making and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for tracking and reporting key metrics.
