The role of Project Analyst - Contracts and Finance is responsible for:
• Budget Tracking
• Budget Status Reporting
• Contract Tracking
• Contract Status Reporting
Other duties:
• Engages and tracks vendor agreements with UST's Customer
• Works with Procurement on contract dispositions (Renewals vs. Terminations) and Program Budget impacts
• Report financial and contract status with Program Management
Other Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Very strong knowledge of Program Budgets and Contracts
• Strong understanding of Accounting Best Practices (CapEx vs OpEx) and the impact each has on Program Budgets
