What you will do
  • Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
  • Write and maintain a full unit test suite
  • Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
  • Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools
  • Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
  • Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
  • Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

    • What should my qualifications be?
  • As a Engineer specializing in Vue.js and Next.js, you will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications. Your role will focus on creating seamless integrations and deploying scalable solutions on Vercel, enhancing our user experiences and driving technological innovation.

    • Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+  years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in building and deploying complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
  •  Proficiency in English (B2 level) is required, with excellent written and verbal skills to engage actively and clearly with native speakers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

    • Must-Have Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Vue.js ecosystem, including Vuex for state management.
  • Strong experience in building SSR and static websites using Next.js.
  • Experience deploying and optimizing applications on Vercel for high performance and scalability.

    • DevOps and Deployment:
  • Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Circle CI.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, StepFunctions, and SES.
  • Proficiency in using Docker for development and deployment.

    • Profesional Competencies
  • Proficient with Scrum and Agile development methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams to manage feature requests within realistic timelines.
  • Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and supportive documentation.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with rapid iteration cycles and fast-changing requirements.

    • Nice-to-Haves
  • Additional Programming Languages: Python or NodeJs.
  • Frameworks: Laravel, especially in contexts integrating with Vue.js applications.
  • APIs and Data Handling: Advanced skills in GraphQL and familiarity with REST API integration. Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS.
  • Deployment: Experience deploying applications on Vercel.
  • Additional Technologies: Docker, for creating and managing application environments.
