Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 2, where you'll lead complex Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) implementations and consulting engagements. In this role, you'll manage high-value projects while building strong client relationships and driving successful delivery outcomes. Your expertise in project management and Oracle technologies will be crucial in navigating complex technical landscapes and ensuring project success. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure projects
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical and consulting teams
  • Oversee project risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor project performance and deliverable quality
  • Lead status reporting and executive communications
  • Manage resource allocation and team performance
  • Implement project management best practices
  • Analyze system performance and operational effectiveness

 Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of total professional experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 5+ years managing IT projects
  • 2+ years consulting experience
  • PMP Certification (required)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies
  • Experience managing distributed teams
  • Track record of successful project delivery
