Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager leading Oracle SaaS implementations across HCM, ERP, and EPM cloud applications. In this pivotal role, you'll drive complex, high-value projects from inception to successful delivery while building strong client relationships and leading cross-functional teams. As a key member of our delivery organization, you'll have the autonomy to shape implementation strategies, mentor team members, and contribute to our growing Oracle practice. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with premier clients while managing cutting-edge cloud implementations, requiring your expertise in Oracle applications and proven track record of successful project delivery. The ideal candidate brings both technical understanding and strong leadership skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle SaaS applications
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate system testing and deployment activities
  • Lead client communications and status reporting
  • Manage resource allocation and team performance
 Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of Oracle implementation project management experience
  • 5+ years managing Oracle SaaS implementations (HCM/ERP/EPM)
  • PMP certification
  • Experience managing projects exceeding $5M in value
  • Proven track record of successful enterprise implementations
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications
  • Experience managing distributed teams
  • 3+ years of personnel management experience
Experience Desired:
  • Master's degree in related field
  • Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Experience with federal/government projects
  • Agile/Scrum certification
