Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
At BRUNA, we’re all about high-quality jewelry. As our next Operations Expert, you’ll ensure our products and processes exceed customer expectations. You’ll champion quality assurance, optimize supply chain and logistics, and embed efficiency into our culture while keeping operations smooth with internal and external stakeholders. 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supplier and Producer Management: Oversee forecasting and stock management, analyze and identify problem solutions.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Management: Manage our fulfilment partner and all logistics processes, including international shipping, distribution, import, and customs, with a strong focus on the jewelry industry.
  • Quality Management: Ensure product quality standards are met consistently across all products, leveraging your expertise in quality assurance within the jewelry sector.
  • Product Management and Development: Work closely with the designer to develop and implement new products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Supplier and Producer Sourcing: Find, evaluate, and maintain positive relationships with new and current suppliers and producers, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local and country-specific laws and regulations, including import, export, hallmarks, materials, and packaging reports, particularly within the jewelry sector.
  • Cross-department Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to continuously enhance customer experience based on feedback and needs.
  • Customer Journey Improvement: Collaborate with various teams to optimize the customer journey and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process & System Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, improve processes and systems that have enterprise-wide impact, ensuring efficiency in the supply chain and logistics.
  • Product Availability & Delivery: Ensure product availability, monitor delivery performance, and dispatch operations to meet targets, maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure successful business processes and goal execution.
  • KPI Management: Oversee efficiency, quality, budgets, and all associated department KPIs, ensuring the seamless operation of the supply chain and logistics.

  • Experience: Strong track record in a strategic operations role, consistently exceeding your targets. Deep knowledge and experience in product and logistics, particularly within the jewelry industry and quality assurance.
