  • Advocate for quality: document and visualize the vision to foster a quality-driven culture.
  • Oversee testing activities: prioritize tasks, manage resources (e.g., vehicles, hardware), and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Conduct hands-on testing, including autonomous test drives in Hamburg, and collaborate in joint sessions.
What will help you to fulfill your role
  • Excellent communicator with proven experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in testing (preferably automotive) with expertise including test management, coordination, and system testing on SiL, HiL , and vehicles.
  • Proficient in coding, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
  • Capable of working independently while effectively contributing to team objectives.
  • Technically curious, with experience in complex, distributed systems.
  • Familiar with ASPICE processes and other automotive testing standards.
  • Experienced in requirements management and ALM tools (e.g., Polarion).
