Great opportunity for a BI/DW Technical Solutions Lead with a growing company! Will manage a small team and provide strategic and tactical experience within Data Engineering for an AWS, Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT environment. Will be hands-on and lead/manage a team delivering scalable data solutions. Will design, oversee, and architect security for all applications with a BI footprint as well as documenting and managing data footprints. Will design and architect solutions for reporting, data collection/transformation, administration and performance. Will establish and document best practices for technical solutions and processes and ensure compliance with SOX. Will manage technical projects including analysis, requirements, design, architecture and resource management. Will work closely with BI Leadership, Analytics teams, etc. to drive initiatives for data integrity, governance and lineage. This person will be hands-on with development, ingestion and processing data from multiple sources and systems.

Required Skills:
-10+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence Solutions
-3+ years Snowflake experience
-3+ years Data Engineering experience
-2+ years Database Security Administration support (Snowflake preferred)
-3+ years Supervisory experience; leading a team of 2-3 people
-Technical Project Management experience that includes resource management, planning, scoping estimates, and
analysis
-Experience with AWS services, Fivetran, DBT
-Scripting experience; preferably Python, Shell Scripting
-Experience with SOX audit processes/procedures
-Proven experience deploying scalable solutions
-3+ years of experience with an ERP such as Oracle E-Business Suite
-Excellent communication skills, flexible to work in different capacities to meet deadlines, strong troubleshooting!
