What you’ll do
As a member of the Global Services Unit, you will be a part of a creative team responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing, and launching. Your focus will be to develop dynamic mobile applications to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code in meaningful ways. Also, as Devtech is focused on learning and development, it will be expected that you take active participation in company-wide knowledge-sharing efforts, and promotion of security, quality, and knowledge-sharing culture across the company. Creatively solving problems from the big picture to the nuts and bolts.
Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift, Objective-C and XCode
Work closely with other team members to define, design, and ship new features
Create responsive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience
Connect applications to back-end systems through web services (XML/JSON Parsing, SOAP) using frameworks like Alamofire
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, applying design patterns like MVVM, VIPER, and MVP
Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory management issues to maintain optimal application performance
