We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team in producing design solutions for our newly launched Marketplace experience. The Senior Product Designer should have extensive experience working in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environments, with the ability to demonstrate their experience in optimising for transactional experiences.

Your role

• Work within a dedicated squad to deliver design solutions for your business vertical
• Work with the Product &  Product Design teams to design solutions for future strategic initiatives
• Work horizontally across all business verticals to optimise direct-to-consumer experiences
• Bring your expertise to educate the organisation on D2C mindset and how to design great D2C user experiences
• Carry out user tests to validate concepts
• Run workshops, bringing stakeholders together to ideate on problems
• Participate in ceremonies, workshops and design critiques

Your profile

• 7+ years design experience (including experience in Direct-to-Consumer environments)
• A thorough understanding of industry-standard design processes
• Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the problem space and how you solved user-centric problems
• Able to balance business needs with user-centric solutions
• Able to demonstrate a high standard for visual design and effective user journeys
• Experience designing accessible products
• Experience working with design systems
• Extensive experience with industry-standard design tools
• Experience in creating multi-platform solutions, e.g. designing for mobile apps, tablet and web
• Big picture designer - able to connect your work to other experiences to create a holistic experience
• Ambition to learn from your peers and share your expertise to raise the level of quality across the organisation
