Who we are...

Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility. We develop technology-enabled solutions that help the world move safely and easily. We are fostering the development of safe cities, working with police departments and municipalities to install over 4,000 red-light, speed, and school bus stop arm safety cameras across North America. We are also creating smart roadways, serving the world's largest commercial fleets and rental car companies to manage tolling transactions and violations for over 8.5 million vehicles. And we are a leading provider of connected systems, processing nearly 165 million transactions each year across 50+ individual tolling authorities.

Culture

A successful candidate will be customer-obsessed, passionate about technology, and have an ability to balance innovation with execution. In this business-critical role, you will merge customer needs with technology to cast a vision for Verra Mobility’s future software solutions and drive the organization toward that goal. • Maintain a roadmap and release plan that effectively prioritizes the delivery of features and technologies to meet customer needs while providing best in class solutions to our markets
  • Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements through prototyping and MVP definition
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements, making recommendations in the form of business cases and securing business approval
  • Determine internal and contract/partner/external resources and skills required to deliver on the product roadmap
  • Partner with engineering and support teams to ensure the optimal design and delivery of solutions
  • Guide the product engineering team to scope, plan and deliver work, applying established delivery methodologies (e.g., agile methods) and best practices (e.g., reusability)
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product, including technical and resourcing challenges
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to corporate, financial and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security)
