About the role:


We are currently seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Change Management/Trainer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in helping our organization in achieving seamless transformation through expert training and guidance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITSM processes, excellent analytical skills, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities

· Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions tailored to different teams within our organisation.

· Create and customize training materials that simplify complex concepts in ServiceNow Change Management.

· Guide teams through best practices, enabling efficient use of ServiceNow to manage IT changes effectively.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and craft bespoke learning solutions.

· Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the ServiceNow platform to provide cutting-edge instruction.

· Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow and functionalities.

· Establishes, embedding, educating and delivering the process for change management. Ensuring that each change follows the complete procedure to ensure minimum disruption to IT services.

· Producing and publishing the planned schedule of the ServiceNow implementation to all IT and Business stakeholders.

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

· Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.

· Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

· In-depth knowledge on ServiceNow with proven work experience.

· Experience of ServiceNow change management application

· Experience in working in Agile squads. Working in international environment is considered as a plus.

· ITIL certifications is a plus.

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).

· Proactive and can-do attitude
