Location: Remote in South Africa (preferably Cape Town)
UK Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Search Recruiter with a strong focus on senior finance roles, including CTOs, Heads of Credit, and Heads of Structured Trade.

The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling teams across Africa, particularly in South Africa and Nigeria, working on high-profile executive placements. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles that will drive the company's growth and success.

Requirements

End-to-end executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles.
Specializing in CTO, Head of Credit, and Head of Structured Trade placements.
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
